Sunday At The Museum
November 15th, 2009 by ninja
We spent an oddly warm Sunday morning at MoMA, checking out the new Bauhaus exhibit. Tobin and i were still more sick than healthy, but once we stepped out into the sculpture garden, he briefly got carried by Mika’s exuberance and dashed around the artwork as well. After lunch, i took him home for an afternoon of hard rest, while Mika and Sung went ice skating at Bryant Park for the first time this season.

Oh no … she doesn’t. Last year she tried it once and was terrified of falling, so she stopped after a 15 minutes. http://minitosu.com/?p=1382
We hope that she’ll learn it this year though. Her school has an ice skating party scheduled on her actual birthday in Prospect Park (a coincidence, it’s for all students). Once she gets bitten by the skating bug, we might go throughout winter. In Bryant Park it’s FREE skating, btw.

That’s awesome.. i don’t recall Bryant Park having an ice skating rink…great that it’s free :) The one in central park was a bit pricy i think, and the line got super long too…
I am sure Mika will skating like a pro in no time.. just like her starting to ride her bike!!
Ninjette, there’s actually a blue sky today!! Yeepee! Going to see midwife then meet up with Johan’s father(his last day) and sister afterwards. Later gator!!

Sooki … they started that a couple (?) of years ago. Definitely one of the nicest freebies in town: http://www.thepondatbryantpark.com/
