Thanks to Sung and the kids, i was able to make a solo trip to my grandmother’s birthday again. We spent a few days alone prior to the big day and had the best time. The celebration was a cozy affair with my parents and her little brother Fritz, as every year. At the age of 91, Hilde had her first ever strawberry shortcake, which might become a fixture for years to come.
