Apart from a library of selected picture books from my own childhood, there is always an abundance of new little Pixi books<\/a> in Omi and Opa’s house. These 0.95 cent treasures were already a phenomenon when i was a kid, and the publisher has done a great job featuring contemporary storytellers and illustrators along with the classics. Since they’re so small and inexpensive, they get purchased on regular grocery shopping trips, as treats, and as stocking stuffers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
